Production process

1, select broken bamboo out when the bamboo under dry condition , and choose the standard diameter by measurement.

2,Anti erosion (corrosion), anti-insect, and anti-mildew, Kiln or airing dried to get poles acclimatized..

3,Plastic is used to wrap around tonkin bamboo stick and then put in hot water,the plastic will be stick on the bamboo very tightly. 

4,Put the plastic cap to stable the both ends if needed.
